In vehicle accidents, the at-fault driver’s insurance company must pay for the guilt-free party’s injuries and vehicle-related expenses, such as towing (from the crash site), daily storage, substitute vehicle rental for the damaged vehicle repair period, or if a vehicle declared to be a total loss (i.e., not correctable or not worth to be repaired as its market value is lower than the repair cost) the date the vehicle value sum is given to the vehicle owner.
